"One of the main outcomes I have seen after implementing Insights Discovery is the self-awareness our leaders have gained. The colors have helped our employees understand how their preferences and leadership/management styles impact those around them and how they can use the different colors to meet the needs of the person or task in front of them more effectively. It has provided opportunities for continued development around their strengths and growth areas too.

We've now rolled out Insights to about 100 of our employees, so it is becoming a part of our culture, where team members have a common language that fosters connection and understanding. This results in fewer communication breakdowns, quicker resolutions, a more cohesive and high-performing team, and an overall sense of connectedness, which is important to employee satisfaction.

Megan is a wonderful resource of knowledge and will find an answer if she doesn’t have it herself. She has a sincere care for us and our L&D goals, which was evident when we asked her to help us align our company culture with the Insights language.
