Who can become an
Insights Discovery Practitioner?

 During the Insights Discovery Accreditation (IDA), you'll learn everything you need to know about working with Insights Discovery! We do ask that you have 1-2 years of facilitation or coaching experience before becoming accredited. Finally, before you attend your IDA we'll want to provide you with your own Insights profile and debrief session so you get personal experience with the tool as a recipient.

What is it like being a Practitioner?

"One of the main outcomes I have seen after implementing Insights Discovery is the self-awareness our leaders have gained. The colors have helped our employees understand how their preferences and leadership/management styles impact those around them and how they can use the different colors to meet the needs of the person or task in front of them more effectively. It has provided opportunities for continued development around their strengths and growth areas too.

We've now rolled out Insights to about 100 of our employees, so it is becoming a part of our culture, where team members have a common language that fosters connection and understanding. This results in fewer communication breakdowns, quicker resolutions, a more cohesive and high-performing team, and an overall sense of connectedness, which is important to employee satisfaction.

Megan is a wonderful resource of knowledge and will find an answer if she doesn’t have it herself.
